My name is Andrea, and I was born in the late 1980s in Cagliari, Italy.
After being a dedicated student, I chose to pursue Languages and Communication at university because I wanted to connect with as many individuals as possible.
I then opted to specialise in International HR Management, as I have always found joy in assisting people in reaching their goals.
This decision led me to enrol in a Master's program.
Throughout my university years and the early stages of my professional journey, I travelled extensively and lived in cities like Riga, Warsaw, Milan, Dubai, Turin, and Kraków.
After spending 5 years abroad, I realised that there’s no place like home, especially when you have the privilege of being born on the stunning Mediterranean island of Sardinia.
Thus, I returned home and began working remotely.
With a decade of experience as a Recruiter at leading multinational companies such as Siemens, General Motors, Primark, Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, and Nestlé, I uncovered all their HR and Recruitment insights.
I was fortunate to receive 3 promotions, ultimately rising to the position of People Manager; however, I still felt a sense of unfulfillment.
As a result, I made the bold decision to resign and return to school to improve my Career Guidance and Professional Orientation skills through a second Master's degree.
This path led me to become an entrepreneur.
I founded Career Formulas, a project with various branches designed to assist individuals in finding their ideal place in the intricate job market.
