My name is Andrea, and I was born in the late 1980s in Cagliari, Italy.
After being a dedicated student, I decided to study Languages and Communication at university because I wanted to connect with as many people as possible.
I then chose to specialize in International HR Management, as I have always enjoyed helping people achieve their goals.
This led me to enroll in a Master's program.
During my university years and the beginning of my professional career, I traveled extensively and lived in cities such as Riga, Warsaw, Milan, Dubai, Turin, and Krakow.
After spending 5 years abroad, I realized there’s no place like home, especially when you have the privilege of being born on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardinia.
So, I returned home and started working remotely.
With a total of 10 years of experience as a Recruiter at top multinational companies like Siemens, General Motors, Primark, Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, and Nestlé, I learned all their HR and Recruitment secrets.
I was fortunate enough to receive 3 promotions, ultimately becoming a People Manager; however, I still felt unfulfilled.
Consequently, I decided to take a leap of faith, resign, and return to school to enhance my Career Guidance and Professional Orientation skills through a second Master's degree.
This journey led me to become an entrepreneur.
I founded Career Formulas, a project with various branches aimed at helping people find their place in the complex job market.
My services include:
- Video consultancy
- Newsletter
- Blog
- Online courses

Now, I genuinely feel happy because, despite all the challenges, I am doing what I love most: HELPING PEOPLE ACHIEVE MORE!
